We’ve been keeping a close eye on our fitness with the use of “the-habit” type of training. This is great for the eyes, since it can help you improve your heart rate and stamina, and it can also give you the ability to stay lean and healthy.
The problem is that it’s hard to get the same amount of workout without putting yourself in poor physical shape. We’ve noticed that the workouts we’ve done (like bike rides, running, and swim workouts) have been pretty good at getting us in good shape… and without putting on a lot of weight. (By the way, our training has been pretty intense too, with a lot of cardio, weights, and even some stomach-pumping.
We have also noticed that our workouts have gotten really good at helping our bodies look good. You’ll notice that our workout routine has been really consistent and healthy, and we’ve been focusing on getting in great shape. We have a ton of cardio, so it’s a ton of cardio, but it has also given us that extra edge that helps us stay lean without spending a ton of time in the gym.
As for the gym itself, we have a lot of cardio equipment, but also lots of treadmills. We’ve tried a variety of different styles, but the ones we’ve chosen have worked really well for us. I have to say that we tend to exercise more when we’re on our own. We don’t have anyone to exercise with so we tend to focus on our own bodies and what we can do. We also have a big outdoor swimming pool which we tend to use a lot, so you can definitely see that it’s a big part of our workouts.

Biking is one of our favorite exercises because it is kind of like a cross between running, swimming, and biking. It’s also a great way to get a little cardio in when our body weight isn’t doing all the work for us.

Not only do we love hearing about people trying to get fit, but we also love hearing about people who are so unfit they can’t even get to their bike. This past summer we were blessed with the opportunity to get some expert fitness advice from Dr. Steve Schreiner. He was the guy who told us we were “overtrained” in our training regimen and that we need to cut out all the cardio and go back to our roots and just go hard and fast.
The problem with this is that Steve is a fitness guru who has years of experience in the fitness industry and has had some pretty successful relationships with athletes. Most of his advice is based on his personal experiences but doesn’t seem to be based on any scientific research. And, while Steve has been to the fitness center he’s recommending, you don’t really know if he’s telling the truth when he says his workouts are “very hard” or “very slow.
