You’ve got to be careful though, because as it turns out, the body requires muscle just to maintain its shape and you can only build muscle with a certain amount of fat.

His muscle mass hasn’t really changed much as he keeps getting stronger and stronger. Yet, his fat weight has.

For the longest time I was scared to be skinny because I knew what the “fat kid” was going to do. But my fear turned out to be right, and Ive seen a lot of other skinny people get fat. Ive seen many fat guys lose a lot of weight, and many skinny people gain a lot of weight.

This is why the spiral band workout is so good. It’s not just for fat people. It’s for fat guys as well. They all have a similar thing happening. They have the same amount of energy and the same amount of fat that they have. But they have different ways of using that fat. That’s why you see such a correlation between how many calories they burn and how much they lose weight.

Thats exactly how it works. For example, a guy who is very big and heavy might start out cutting his calories and fat, but when his body starts to lose weight he might start cutting out fat. A guy who is skinny might start by eating more calories and losing less fat, but when he loses a lot of weight he might start eating more calories and burning more fat.
