“My first step was to go to the gym and work out for at least 45 minutes before I went to bed. I felt much more energized, felt stronger, and had a much better mood afterward. It was like the difference between a walk in the park and being on a treadmill in a gym. I am already going to suggest that you take a walk in the park before going to the gym—it’s not like it’s crazy to do it.
