The main reason this diet isn’t part of the red fitness diet is because most people find that the main reason they’ve been trying the red fitness diet is because they need to lose weight. As someone who lost 10 pounds while on the red fitness diet after about a year, I can fully understand why someone would want to lose weight.
The main problem with the red fitness diet is that it only works for a certain amount of time. The diet requires you to eat about 250 calories every day, so that means that you need to be eating 250 calories every day for the entire 24 hours of your diet. This isnt a diet that anyone who can manage to stick to would be able to stick to.
After a while, though, you will begin to notice that your weight is creeping back up. You might even find yourself gaining weight. What you might not notice is how much your weight is creeping up. It is because of this that the diet is not sustainable. It is also because your body will not stick to the diet for the entire 24 hours. When your body is working hard, it requires a certain amount of energy to do so.
The problem with your weight is that it will not stick. It will stay in the body for longer and will eventually go away. And when you lose weight you will feel better. If we look at it from a different angle, we might notice that the fat in your body is not as fat as when you lose weight. And that’s not exactly true.
