We want to be healthy – and we want to keep this notion in mind throughout our daily lives. Some of us are quite health conscious. Others work out twice a day and go to the gym three times a week. We don’t care. We just want to keep this awareness in mind and know that if we keep at it, we will feel better, too.

Planet Fitness in Wilmington, NC is a big part of the reason why I became a bodybuilder. It’s located in one of the smaller towns in the state. I got there in the summer when it gets too hot to do any outside stuff and there is a lot of construction going on. A lot of the guys in my gym at that time were bodybuilders.
