Every morning I wake up, I go on a long, slow run. Every second I sleep is another day of running. The goal is to run for more than an hour. It’s a slow, steady pace. The longer the run, the more tired I get.
It’s a really easy way to work out, and it burns calories and keeps you motivated. Planet Fitness, which was founded by a former triathlete, has a great deal of success in the fitness industry. But it doesn’t just focus on triathletes either. One of its founders, Richard Hsu, has a strong interest in fitness and health, so I imagine they will have a strong presence in the fitness world.
I’ll let you know if I see you at planet fitness, but I’ve been wondering if you want to go on a long-distance run.

When you’re not running, you can also do something fun with the pool. Even if you are not running at all, you can do a little bit more than that with the pool, which is great if you’re running at all. It’s a great way to start your day.
I can’t believe I missed this. You don’t need to run to do the pool. If you have a running partner, you can have the pool to yourself. Just walk around and practice keeping your balance, as well as the other stuff we covered in the “Fun Stuff” section of Planet Fitness.
Planet Fitness has a pretty good selection of fun fitness activities and the pool is just one of them. But even though you dont need to do the pool to be doing the fun fitness stuff, you might want to do it in the pool. Its a great way to get your heart rate up before you hit the pavement, or to warm up your muscles for the gym.
The most important rule is that you should be doing the pool to yourself. You can do a lot of pool-building and pool-living activities, but you should do it in order to keep your heart rate up, too.
The pool should be a time-passage. If you go to the pool all day long and don’t do any exercise, it’s going to wear you out. But if you take the time to do the pool, you will be working out for the rest of the day. If you’re an athlete and you’re tired, it’s better to do your pool workouts later in the day.
