If you want to get faster, you need to train your muscles in a way that causes them to work harder, not harder to train. This is what a lot of gyms and fitness centers are doing. You can see that it helps but I am not saying that you could do this at home; if you work out at home you can still do the same workout, just one workout a day, with different exercises, different goals.
The reason you have to do a workout at home is because you are not using your muscles the way they are supposed to work the way they are supposed to work. This is because when you train your muscles in the way that the muscle is meant to work, then they are trained in a way that causes them to work harder than you would normally expect.
For a while, this is what I thought was gonna be the problem with fitness. Sure, I could bike in the park and get some good results. But when I got to a certain point, I was like, “Man, I’m not having this anymore.” Why I am having this problem, I don’t know. But I think it is because once you have to do a certain workout in the gym, you do something else on the computer.
The reason we don’t have a fitness guru in the first place is because we don’t know how to train ourselves. I don’t have any idea how to train myself, but I know I have to learn how to do that workout.
So, the solution to this problem is two-fold. First, every time you see a gym you can go to, get yourself a membership, and do something different at home. But don’t go there and do it on your own. You don’t really have to get a membership, you can just get a personal trainer who will give you the necessary training and take it from there.
