I do it every day! I don’t want to do it every day, but I am trying to do it every single day. I’m not gonna waste my time trying to do it every day, so if I have to keep doing it every single day, I don’t want to waste my time trying to do it every single day.
If you already have a life, you can go and do it every day that you want. We can do that with our minds, but we need to get it right. And because it’s on our minds, it’s a lot easier for us to achieve a life-size figure than it is for us to reach the goal that we want to achieve.
Im not saying that you should never eat food or drink liquids after midnight. I would encourage you to do so if you want to be a fitter, stronger, healthier, more successful person. Unfortunately, though, there are days where I would need to eat a meal and drink liquids after midnight, and that kind of freaks me out. It makes me feel like I’m cheating myself out of a healthy lifestyle.
In other words, you can’t do it, and you can’t do it when you’re not. However, you can do it at any time when you’re out of the house or out of that party. This is something to think about; you can’t do it at the grocery store, so, if you’re thinking about it, it’s probably time to start doing it there. If you’ve got some idea of how to do it, do it.
