This question is a little different for me. I try to be very honest with my clients. I believe you should always be honest with them. The fact of the matter is, you can always improve, and improve quickly, but it takes time.
The problem with looking as if you’re on autopilot is that you’re also looking in the future. You can’t just stop and think about it in the future. There are many things you can do to improve your life, but it’s not all of them, and you need to keep looking for solutions at the moment.
You could, for example, take a look at your nutrition intake. If you are spending more time thinking about what you want to eat, you are probably spending more time thinking about what you want to eat than you are actually doing it. A great way to improve your health is to make sure you are eating the things that are right for you.
