I always enjoy the new fitness gear as I have found some of my favorites and am always looking to move forward with some new ones as well. I like the new elliptical because it is not only comfortable to sit on, but also because it makes me feel like I am working out and it is also a great way to burn calories and burn off some fat while doing so.

I have been using the elliptical at work for a couple weeks now. It is not like exercising with a treadmill, but it is more like moving a treadmill. It feels like a very aerobic exercise, so I like that. It is a very low impact exercise. It is very easy to do, and I think it is a good exercise to do when you have a lot to do and you don’t want to be fidgety.
While it might be a good exercise for people with a lot to do, it will also hurt you if you are not careful. I have been doing this exercise for a while now and it has already affected my right knee. So I had to take it down a notch. I am hoping that they will fix it later on.
The elliptical is a great way to get your heart rate up. But it is also a very bad idea because it causes problems with your joints, especially for people who have arthritis, including your hips, knees, and wrists. It is better to do a lot of cardio (like running or walking) on a stationary bike or treadmill. But if you are not flexible enough to run on a stationary bike, a stationary bike is just fine for you.
