Thinking can be a very helpful thing, but it can also be a very stressful thing. If you think too much, you can get confused.

While I like to think that physical activity is a bit of a form of meditation, it’s best to do both at the same time. In fact, you can get some benefit from a bit of both. For example, walking on the beach makes you think, and the same is true for running. When you walk on the beach, you are just thinking about your feet.

If you think too much, you can get confused because you might start to lose your focus on the physical activity, so you might get into a rut and not walk or run at all. The purpose of physical activity is to get your body in shape and to strengthen your body.
