Charter Fitness is a company that trains people to do cardio machines on their backs in midlife crisis. If youre looking for a way to get back into shape, then that might be a good fit. Of course, if you have a midlife crisis, then this is probably not for you.

I think the best cardio machines for midlifers are the ones that let you get up and down and then back up again. They are not always the ones that let you do a full backflip. Its ok if you really want to do a full backflip, but otherwise, youll just end up getting sweaty and getting hurt. Ive always been a fan of the midlife fitness machines, but Ive never really tried to push myself too hard.

You can’t even get out of the gym without getting into trouble. The good news is that many people aren’t even aware that they’re out there. But when you’re not going that route, it’s a good idea to try to run a few miles. It’s a lot easier to run as a barefoot kid.
