I never really paid much attention to either of those things because I thought they were just common sense. But I have done some recently and I was a bit surprised. I had a bit of a breakdown, and that led me to start doing more green things.
It’s been a while since I did any kind of workout, and Ive been really looking forward to doing so. I have also gained a good bit of weight since moving here. There is a lot of green stuff around this place, and I know my body will crave it.
I’m not sure if I should worry or not. I am doing a lot of green things, including running and biking, so I definitely need to be careful. I think it could be dangerous, but I am not sure. I have been running for a while, and I have been biking for a while. I am just not sure if I am ready to go back to running for a long period of time.
