I like to call myself “the boomer”. I’ve been working out for almost a year now, and I truly enjoy it. It’s my favorite way to exercise, and I love that I can wear the same clothes as I did when I was younger. I’m the type of person that will look at a girl and say, “You look great in that”. This is the reason I love running so much.
I often find myself getting a little tired of the way I wear the suit. I feel that I can really get a change of dress if I can’t stop wearing it.
A few years ago I went to the gym for a couple of weeks and got some very interesting results. The first time I really tried to go, I found out that the top two holes in my upper body were being filled with a huge amount of calories. That led me to have to make all the holes in my lower body a little smaller so my body would fit better.
For a while I was a big fan of the so-called “boomer” movement. These were the folks who were going to run for the entire year. The idea was that the more you lifted weights, the more you would burn out. So the idea was to run faster and burn as many calories as you could. The problem was that most people didn’t take advantage of the opportunity to get a lot of extra exercise.
After I started doing my own running I realized that just because you can run faster, doesn’t mean you should. So I started to incorporate other types of running into my routine. It started with the first ever ultra-marathon in Canada. I think it was in the city of Port-a-Prince. It was pretty intense, and I was pretty disappointed that I didn’t get to do it more often.
In the US, one big way to stay active is to join a running club. The problem is that most clubs don’t have enough members. And getting to the gym is a lot more difficult than in Canada, because running clubs in the US are pretty far apart from each other.
