The fact is that the main reason we practice our fitness is to avoid failure. We want to be able to do things that we like, but are not able to do things that are. That’s part of the learning process. The fact is that our bodies are designed for these activities. They have little time for them, and they can’t be focused on those activities for any reason. They’re also programmed to focus on specific ones.
So you can see why the body is designed for the activity that it does, but the mind needs to focus on something else. The mind needs to do something in order to be able to do the activity that our bodies do. It’s not a coincidence that most of the things we do are things that are not related to fitness at all. It’s always been that way.
When you start a new activity, you need to focus on a specific activity. And most of the time that will take you a while will take you a couple of days, or weeks, or years to accomplish. But that’s not what we’re here for. We’re here to make you do something that will help you do things that are outside the scope of your own activity.
It’s not even like you need to be doing any of that. All you need to do is do one thing. That’s it. So in one day, you can do everything in the world.
The problem with the idea of doing anything too much is that you get tired. You get old. You go to sleep. You take a break. And then life gets in the way. You get sick. You get injured. You get depressed. And then there’s no more activity for you.
To quote the great philosopher Thomas Hobbes, “We are the passive powers of our passions. We are all passive to our passions. The first cause is the passion itself, and the last is the passion.” Basically, if you put all your energy into doing something that you don’t like, you’re not going to do anything at all. It’s a waste.
The problem with the idea that everyone should just “keep it up” in the face of all the pain is that it is just not true. Sure, some people need to “keep it up” in the face of all the pain. But most people need to keep it up in the face of all the other things they are doing. It is not a waste of time for most people to do what they are doing.
The good news is that some people have a very good idea of what it is like to be a fitness freak. For example, some of us have become interested in working out on our own, and that’s what we love to do. The problem with the idea of working out on our own is that its not the way we do it.
Sure, you can still do it “on your own,” but that doesn’t mean that you haven’t been doing it on a bunch of other people’s bodies. All the time. It’s the same thing as going to the gym and eating junk food and drinking alcohol. That’s not what we’re talking about here. Its the same thing as going to the gym and having a healthy diet and having a healthy lifestyle.
The best way to do work out is to go to the gym and actually do it for real. The worst way is to go to the gym and do it in secret to avoid people finding out. What we’re talking about is going to the gym and doing it for fun and exercise without any expectation of gain or loss. It’s not about being fit, but more about having fun.
