You can get a good workout routine at any time of the day. I don’t think I need to be a gym rat every day because I do more than just do a workout. I have a great workout routine, and I am so comfortable with it. I have started a fitness routine every day, but I feel like I have more to lose through it.
The thing is, once you get a routine, you can’t put it down. I know because I’ve been through a lot of routines in my life and they didn’t work. I would say some routines are better than others, but the key is to keep the routine interesting, fun, and challenging.
That said, I do have a gym routine that I feel is very healthy and satisfying. I do about 20-30 minutes of cardio and upper body strength training every day. I use the weight machines that are built into the machines at my gym, but I also use free weights and my own body weight for some extra cardio. I also do yoga and Pilates to keep my body loose and flexible. I exercise every day.
Any routine, whether cardio, strength training, or yoga, should be fun and challenging. In my case, it’s my fitness routine. If it’s not fun, I won’t do it.
