I’ve found that when I’m motivated, and I am, I can do all kinds of things that I never thought possible. The best thing about it is that it doesn’t have to be a super-strenuous activity. If I’m motivated, I can go for a run, walk, or bike ride.

My friend, who is a runner, tried to make that the only workout he did, but I was already going to run, so I didn’t see the point. I ran for three months straight, but I was still not getting stronger. I was just not getting into the type of shape I wanted. I was doing too much.

I can only imagine how hard it is to run for so many months at a time, and I can’t think of a better way to start than to get yourself into shape. It’s a good thing we have time again.

What if you were to become a member of a global group of people that share similar values? What if you were to become a member of a group that shared the values of their own group? What if we could walk into a group, and say, “Hey, this is just like the one you left at the beach.” We could even take a selfie with the group we’re talking about and have them wear sunglasses on this selfie.
