The reason youre better at weight is because youre getting the best workout possible. Youre getting more cardio, and your cardio is stronger because you are doing it on a treadmill. Youre also getting some resistance when you do cardio because the exercises are all over the place on a treadmill. And when youre doing resistance youre getting fat, and youre becoming lighter because you are doing it on a treadmill. So youre losing weight because youre doing it on a treadmill.

You need to get your cardio right. Otherwise you’re not getting your best workout. And you need to do it on a treadmill. Because that’s what the exercise machines are for.
