I love the idea of taking a fitness class every day of the week. This is a great way to get a lot of great information in quick succession. I will also recommend getting some type of exercise that you enjoy, whether it be swimming or walking, to keep the weight off your body.

So far, I’ve only used this approach for a small amount of time with my girlfriend. I was surprised to find that once I started getting into my workouts, I realized that I wasn’t particularly flexible. It really surprised me that as soon as I started working out, my flexibility went away. So I’ll keep my workouts up to date, but it won’t be long now before I have my own personal 24-hour fitness.

Then go back to your workout routine if youre feeling hungry or if your workout is starting to fatigue. For example, if your workout is starting to fatigue, then just go back to your workout and start over.
