I like to think it’s a good idea to use a workout to keep you going more than once a week. I’m a bit skeptical about this idea, but it is a good idea. We need to know how to keep going for 24 hours a week because it’s a pretty good workout.

Here’s the deal. If you’re like most people, you’re like, “I love to exercise. I think that’s a really good idea.” But it’s not really.
