It also has a wealth of photographs of the various exercises. It is not as thorough as the video that follows it (but its still a great read), but it does a good job of showing you how the exercise works.

The book is full of good info about how to workout with muscle groups for a few different different muscles. If you’re not into exercise it is the best book so far. It seems like it’s more suited to exercising with lower muscle groups than with upper ones.
